Participation in a new project with English writer and composer John Fardon 21.01.2008 15:32
Famous foreign author and composer John Fardon three times came to see the show Beating of the Russian Heart during the International Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He admiringly applauded and smiled.
That time he fell in love with Koleso and understood that no one else could realize the feelings in his new musical Anna, which is all about Russia.
To see Russian folk-show the writer came from London. Moreover he flew to Saint-Petersburg to record songs.
"Koleso did such a brilliant job with my songs. I think Koleso gave them a lovely
sound, which is quite an achievement since they were singing in a foreign language. Of course, the songs don't mean so much out of context. They are part of the musical I've written."
